Money transfer, PDD collection, document execution, repayment instruments, document storage.

7. Portfolio management and delinquency

Customer service, issue resolution, repayment monitoring, delinquency resolution, customer retention.

8. Soft skills and interview techniques

How to improve soft skills for self development and business performance. Interview techniques and role plays for higher success ratio.
