After 36 years in banking – from front desk to key leadership – Anil Aggarwal had seen it all. He had watched hundreds of new recruits join banks with textbook knowledge and freeze the moment a real customer walked in. He had seen training programmes that ran for months yet produced professionals who needed hand-holding from day one.
The observation that stayed with him was simple but damning: the entire banking training industry was teaching content. But what banks actually needed — and what candidates desperately lacked — was confidence. The confidence to sit across from a borrower, read a balance sheet, structure a deal, or handle a difficult customer without looking over their shoulder. That gap is why Brenta exists.
