Your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency regarding our courses.
Refund Eligibility
Webinar and Training Session
Cancellations:
If Brenta cancels a webinar or training session, participants will receive a full refund.
If a training session is rescheduled, participants may request a full refund if they are unable to attend the new date and time.
Participant Cancellations:
Cancellations made by participants at least 7 days before the start of the webinar or training session will receive a 90 % refund after deduction of administrative expense.
Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the start of the training session will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the training session are non-refundable.
Refund Request Process
To Request a Refund:
Please email our support team at support@brenta.com with your name, contact information, course details, and reason for cancellation.
Refund requests must be received within the specified timeframes to be eligible.
Processing Time:
Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Partial Attendance:
No refunds will be issued for participants who attend only part of the training session.
Technical Issues:
Brenta is not responsible for participant technical issues (such as internet connectivity problems) that prevent access to the webinar or training session. No refunds will be issued for these occurrences.
Exceptions
Medical or Emergency Situations:
In cases of medical emergencies or other significant unforeseen events, please contact our support team. We may consider shifting you to a new batch on a case-by-case basis.
Course Material Access:
Participants who have accessed course materials prior to the start of the webinar or training session are not eligible for a refund.
